Joseph Ball I (6-Great Uncle) was born on May 26, 1649 in Millenkick, Lancaster, Va. and died in Oakley, Lancaster, Va. on July 11, 1711, he was 62. He was buried in Epping Forest, Lancaster, Va.
In 1700, when Joseph was 50, he married Mary Montague, daughter of Peter Montague (1634-2 Dec 1695) and Mary Doodes (1642-1682), in King George, Va. She was born in 1665 in Christchurch, King George, Va. and died in Ferry Far, King George, Va. on April 12, 1743, she was 78. She was buried in Lancaster, Va.
They had the following children:

Frances (1C6R) was born on October 13, 1709 in Virginia and died in Virginia about 1730, she was around 20.
Sarah (1C6R) was born on January 13, 1711 in Bewdley, Lancaster, Virginia and died in Virginia.
Eve (1C6R) was born on December 24, 1713 in Virginia and died in Virginia.
