23. Nathan J. Townsley (1C2R), born before 1900. He was named executor of Joseph Townsley's (his father) will in 1920.

Nathan J. married Florence R. Peaco, daughter of Robert W. Peaco and Emma Donson. Florence was born in 1883 in Staunton, Virginia and died in Westwood, Pa. on December 4, 1948, she was 65. She was buried in Upper Octorara Cemetery, Pa.  She resided in Chester Co., Pa. in 1903. Religion: Member of the Westwood Union Church. Cause of death: Heart failure.

Mrs. N. Townsley.  Mrs. Florence R. Townsley, wife of Nathan J. Townsley, died at her home in Westwood yesterday in her 66th year.  She had been suffering from a heart condition for a year or more but had been able to be up and about as usual yesterday morning before she was fatally stricken. Mrs. Townsley was a daughter of the late Robert W. and Emma Donson Peaco, and was born in Staunton, Va.  About forty-five years ago she came to Chester County and she had lived all of that time in this vicinity.  She was a member of Westwood Union Church. Surviving her besides her husband are three children.  Robert Townsley, of West Union, Ill.; Florence, wife of Hower Smith, and Lois, wife of Joseph Rubincan, both of Westwood.  She also leaves two brothers, John and Robert Peaco, of Westwood. The funeral will take place from the Westwood Union Church on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Internment will be in Upper Octorara Cemetery.  Friends have been invited to call at the Ford Funeral home in this city on Sunday evening.  Coatesville Record.  12/4/1948

                        Florence (2C1R) resided in Westwood, Pa. in 1948. Florence married Hower Smith.

                        Lois (2C1R) resided in Westwood, Pa. in 1948. Lois married Joseph Rubincan.
