Walter A. (1C2R) was born in 1889 and died in 1959, he was 70. He was buried in Upper Octorara Cemetery. He resided in Harrisburg, Pa. in 1946. (There is no doubt that Harry and Emma had a son named Walter A, The question is whether the birth and death dates are correct here. These dates seem to fit another Walter A. Townsley, who died on 2/17/1959 and had a wife named Mary. His parents were Reuben C. and Maria J. Townsley, however. --LEM ) Walter A. married Mary S. Townsley?? who was born in 1901 and died in 1996, she was 95. She was buried in Upper Octorara Cemetery.
Suzanne (1C2R) was born in 1900 and died in 1962, she was 62. She was buried in Upper Octorara Cemetery, Pa. She resided in Bryn Mawr, Pa. in 1946. Alias/AKA: Susanna, Anna and Ann. About 1930, when Suzanne was 30, she married Frederick Rackwitz. Born in 1906, Frederick died in 1957, he was 51. He was buried in Upper Octorara Cemetery, Pa. he resided in Bryn Mawr, Pa. in 1946.
Sarah A. (1C2R) was born on October 27, 1902 and died on March 29, 1967, she was 64. She resided in Warren, Ohio in 1946. Alias/AKA: Sara. Sarah A. married Francis Fleming, who resided in Warren, Ohio in 1946.
Harriett (1C2R) resided in West Gate hills, Pa. in 1946. Alias/AKA: Hattie. Harriett married Hulton McKeowan.
Hazel Slaymaker (1C2R) who resided in Corner Ketch, Pa. in 1946 and in Downingtown, Pa. in 1922. Hazel Slaymaker married Jacob Lumis Miller, son of John S. Miller. Jacob resided in Corner Ketch, Pa. in 1946 and in Elverson, Pa. in 1922.

Everett Rosco (1C2R) was born in 1895 and died in East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, Pa. on 10 October 10, 1918, he was 23. He was buried on October 15, 1918 in Upper Octorara Presbyterian Cemetary. Cause of death: Influenza and pneumonia.

Everett Rosco Townsley. At his home in East Downingtown, at 9:15 p.m. Thursday, Everett Rosco Townsley passed away following illness of influenza and pneumonia. He was the son of Harry B. and Emma F. (Slaymaker) Townsley. He also is survived by five sisters and two brothers: Sara, Harriet, Anna, Hazel, Sophia, Howard and Walter. “Clipping files,” Chester County Historical Society.
Howard B. (1C2R) was born in 1893 in Sadsburyville, Pa. and died in Mercy Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland on September 13, 1946, he was 53. He resided in Baltimore, Maryland in 1946. Occupation: Employed by the Bethlehem Steel Company, and was working at the Sparrow's Point Plant previous to his death. Never married.
Howard Townsley. Howard B. Townsley, a former resident of this part of Chester county, died in mercy hospital in Baltimore on Tuesday in his 53rd year. He had been ill for some time.
Mr. Townsley was the son of the late Harry and Emma Townsley and was born near Sadsburyville. For many years he was an employee of the Bethlehem Steel Company and just previous to his death he had been working at the Sparrow's Point plant. Before going to Baltimore he had resided in Downingtown for about twenty years. He never married and is survived only by the following brothers and sisters: Sarah, wife of Francis Fleming, of Warren, O.; Harriett, wife of Hilton McKeowan, of West Gate Hills, Pa.; Ann, wife of Fredrick Rackwitz, of Bryn Mawr; Hazel, wife of Jacob Miller, of Corner Ketch; Walter A. of Harrisburg, and Sophia, wife of John Van Sant, of Philadelphia.
The funeral will take place from Archie S. Maclean's funeral home in this city on Monday afternoon at 2:30. Internment will be in Upper Octorara cemetery. Friends have been invited to call at the funeral home on Sunday evening. Coatesville Record. 9/14/1946
